Job Description

1. Automation: Assist in automating deployment pipelines and repetitive tasks to streamline processes.
2. Infrastructure Management: Help manage cloud infrastructure and on-premises servers, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.
3. Version Control: Assist with version control, managing repositories, and merging code changes in collaboration with the development team.
4. Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and delivery of automotive software solutions.
5. Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the performance of systems and applications, identify bottlenecks, and assist in optimizing them for better scalability and reliability.
6. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Help identify and resolve issues related to software deployment, performance, and system errors.
7. Learning & Development: Engage in continuous learning to understand new tools, technologies, and best practices in DevOps and automotive software development.

Qualifications

Key Skills:

1. Version Control Systems: usage of in Git for source code management and version control.
2. Scripting & Programming: usage of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks.
3. Object oriented and embedded C languages: understanding of C#, Java, C++, embedded-C
4. Operating Systems: Solid understanding of Linux/Unix-based operating systems.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues promptly.
6. Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
7. Automation Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI, or similar CI/CD platforms is an advantage.
