Job Description

• Follow up new machine project schedule and setup/ release new testing machine
• 追踪新设备的项目进度和安装,放行测试设备.
• Charge management of equipment procedures
• - ECR implementation, New Project, SW Running Changes, HW Running Changes...
• 负责设备放行和保养流程的管理.
• - ECR 执行, 新项目, 软件更新, 硬件更新。
• Equipment
• -Machine troubleshooting, continuous improvement, TPM
• -Preparation work instruction, maintenance plan, FMEA, PQP.
• -设备问题的解决, 持续改善, 维护
• -准备作业指导书, 保养计划, FMEA, 控制计划 。
• Responsible for own process FOR improvement
  负责设备原因导致的不良率的改善。
• Responsible for own process Utilization improvement
  负责自己制程的生产效率的改善。
• Participate daily Q-base meeting.
  参加每日Q-base会议。
• Close cooperation with production and related group colleague.
  与生产及相关部门同事紧密合作。
• Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status
• 每周和主管一起讨论定义的主题和工作的进展。
• Training and coaching service technician, regulary evaluation technician (equipment).
• 培训和教导Service技术员,以及定期考核技术员（设备）。
• Training production people (equipment).
  培训生产线人员（设备）。
• Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables line.
  负责生产线的备件与易耗品使用的控制。
• EWAK, d-sample production support.
  支持EWAK, d-sample。
• Assignments of special tasks.
  其他可能分配的特殊任务。
• On-call to support machine or program issue
  需要电话待命来支持生产线的设备或程序问题的解决。
• Participate line circle (Global telecon meeting)
• 参加line circle 和国外主厂定期沟通会议。
• Maintain and optimize the data base management system, use related software to support problem root cause analysis and show tracking result.
• 与部门其他同事一起优化数据管理系统，并通过数据分析软件辅助分析问题原因及呈现改善结果。
• (Basic statistics knowledge, programming with python, can use matlab, SPSS, tableau/power BI for data analysis will be prefer)
• (有统计知识基础，了解python(R语言)编程，会使用matlab, SPSS modeler, tableau/power BI等软件优先）

Qualifications

• University, major in Automation.
• 自动化类控制专业大学毕业
• Not less than 3 years experience in electronic industries.
• 三年以上电子制造业从业经验。
• - Linux system knowledge
• - Electronic system principle
• - Automatic system principle
• - Software understanding
