Job Description

1. Main task

• Receive and process in-house sample orders from SAP/eBAS system
• Coordination with PMO for sample orders
• Active communication with project leaders on sample project timeline, identify and escalate if potential for further industrialization
• Co-operate and define with MOE for sample production plan
• Prepare materials, fixtures… according to BOM requirement from different orders.

(PPD part, IPN plant part, series part…)

• Monitor manufacturing plan with COS and MOE production lines to ensure samples are manufactured on time with good quality.
• Plan budget for upcoming sample’s EWAK, tools… for samples
• A/B sample process development and coordination with TEF1
• Conflict management for conflict orders with limited time, material chain and other preparations.
• Provide technical support for technician for order requirement.
• Define quality measurements: e.g. CP…
• Lead and responsible for problem solving of sample production
• Other CIP activities

1. Responsibilities

• 0 sample quality failure
• On time sample delivery
• Stock/inventory management

1. Team aspect

• Leader for conflict management or problem solving for critical orders
• Leader for CIP activities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering background or similar technical oriented major
• Systematic thinking and good analyzing skill as well as reasonable logic
• Good communication skills, Good cooperation & influence ability
• Target orientation & Willing to accept the challenges
• Fluent English in oral & writing, basic presentation skills
• Production planning engineer or SE engineer experience is preferred, or a similar position in industrial company.
• SAP know-how or experience as a plus
• MS Office skill in Excel, Word, & Power Point, and PowerBI, Python as plus
