Job Description
- Responsible for business with his/her product groups (follow-up with KPIs)
- Responsible for the development and implementation of regional product strategy
- Define positioning of product lines (specification and pricing) by distribution channel
- Enhance product competitiveness through market intelligence activities for his/her products (customers, competitors, pricing, service, coverage, features, benefits etc.)
- Analyze business potential, provide figures for business plan (sales volume, price and revenue)
- Create Product Marketing plan of activity; agree with the sales team and customers on promotion and campaigns in conjunction (product specific content for communication)
- Support of sales force; define product training plan and support to carry specific product training internally and externally for different channel layers
Qualifications
- Majored in Engineering, Marketing or Project Management skills as a plus
- 3-5 years+ within product marketing or channel marketing
- Very good English and local language skills, above average presentation skills
- Comprehensive Knowledge of the 5P's and their leverages in the market
- Comprehensive Knowledge about product costing/pricing and other product related commercial/financial processes
- Skilled in market intelligence and consumer behavior analysis
- Strong data analysis skills and data insight
- Flexibility and creativity, be determined and energetic.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong personal initiative, engage in improving business processes
- Team player; Think partnerships. Work collaboratively with cross function
- User experience mindset at all time, customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company.
