Job Description

• Lead and drive efficiencies across cross-functional teams working in collaboration with global cloud architects
• Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company
• Jointly responsible for tracking cloud consumption, budget and forecast along with finance team and working with product teams to reduce cloud consumption costs
• Drive cloud optimization by identifying areas of opportunities across various cloud platforms to reduce cost and improve performance, as well as cloud security
• Drive the cloud security and perform risk assessments, follow and enhance the security solutions lifecycle (evaluation, purchase, build, technical policy configuration, integration into Cloud environments, and run)
• Working closely with the IT security team and jointly develops in depth security architecture standards, frameworks and design patterns spanning all layers of security in the Cloud from host, server, mobile, and network to application and data security.
• Advising the delivery team on futuristic trends, tools, technologies in the portfolio and supporting team to build in the competency of the same
• Effectively communicate the solution to customer by presentations, product demonstration & documentation
• Provide monitoring the over SLA to ensure compliance requirements under the contractual agreements with cloud service providers are met.
• Be responsible for cloud implementation guide and maintain the technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in IT architecture and infrastructure strategy and design, priority on public cloud experience (Azure, or other similar cloud technologies)
• Ability to lead the organization on effective public cloud strategies and practices to improve cloud capabilities while enabling enterprise growth
• Experience with setting up pricing models and designing managed services on public cloud
• Experience in managing the cloud database architecture, security architecture, IP networking, Agile methodology of development, complete asset management on cloud, and should be well versed in languages like Python, Perl, PHP, Java.
• Experience on virtualization technologies – HyperV or VMware
• Expertise in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practice, tooling, and techniques (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, git; Jenkins, Artifactory, Terraform, Ansible, AppDynamics)
• Participate in feasibility studies and write reports for proposed applications.
• Design and implement security architecture including best practices at the computer, storage, application layer and network.
• Effective communication, relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving, out of box thinking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams such as finance, legal, solution, practice, delivery as well as senior leadership
• Cloud Expert recognized in industry level with proven contributions in Microsoft Azure or other similar
• Certifications – TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or other similar Cloud Architect Professional
