Job Description

  • Learning Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps and learning needs within the organization, recommending relevant solutions.
  • Competency Framework Development: Design and update competency models to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Training Program Design & Implementation: Develop, implement, and oversee targeted training programs to enhance employee competencies across all levels.
  • Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Work with external training providers and partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Learning culture development in Bosch China.

Qualifications

  1. High learning agility (esp. high curiosity and willingness to change)
  2. Around 7-10 years experiences in learning, leadership and competence development.
  3. HR Business Partner experiences is a mandatory.
  4. High customer/user focus
  5. Passionate and influential personality
  6. Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
  7. Good presentation skill and data analysis skill
  8. Fluent English in written and communication
