_ Product in charge Airbag system(OSS) and Vehicle dynamics Sensors(VDS)

_ Coordinate for Customer PPAP, ISIR collection & PPAP submission and change management (MP and New project)

_ Handling customer claim from 0km and field

_ Coordinate on customer audit preparation & follow up with production plant

_ Relationship with engineering department, oversea plant and Divisional Quality department

_担当製品 エアバッグECU、エアバッグセンサ、ビークルダイナミクスセンサ

_顧客のPPAP / ISIR 作成調整とPPAP提出調整及び変更管理(量産、新規プロジェクト)

_0kmおよび市場からの顧客クレームの処理

_製造工場と連携し、顧客監査を実施するためのコーディネイト

_開発部門、海外工場及び事業部中央品質部門との連携

資格

Mandatory (必須)
- Japanese Business Level Communication Skill
- English Communication experience
- Experience in technical/quality negotiation with Japanese customer
- Customer-Oriented Mindset
- 日本語ビジネスレベル
- 英語コミュニケーション経験
- 日本の顧客との技術/品質交渉経験
- 顧客志向の考え方

Preferred Skills / Experience (あれば望ましい知識・経験)
- Experience in quality-related function
- Knowledge of IATF16949 requirements (APQP, FMEA, PPAP,MSA, SPC)
- Knowledge of 8D report creation
- 品質機能における実務経験
- IATF16949要件の知識 (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
- 8Dレポートの知識
