Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Employee Center System IT Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP solutions and a strong IT educational background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Employee Center system to enhance HR processes and improve employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of the SAP Employee Center system, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Configure the system to optimize HR processes, including employee onboarding, self-service functionalities, and employee data management.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SAP Employee Center system, addressing user issues and system errors promptly.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure system stability.
- User Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders in the global project:
- Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on system performance and enhancements.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements:
- Stay updated on SAP Employee Center system upgrades and new features, assessing their applicability to the organization.
- Implement system enhancements and best practices to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP Employee Center or similar HR systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good Communication skill
- Good English skill
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification related to HR or Employee Center systems.
- Experience with data migration and integration with other HR systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
