  • Develop and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation for platforms, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Implement and maintain automation and deployment workflows using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proactively monitor systems, ensure high availability, and contribute to continuous improvements in reliability and scalability.
  • Apply sound knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, to support platform operations.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration in production environments.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, basic firewall rules).
  • Experience maintaining and documenting system architectures and operational processes.
  • Basic scripting skills in Shell, Python or Perl to support automation and operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Previous work in an SRE, platform engineering, or cybersecurity support role.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects supporting cybersecurity initiatives.
  • A collaborative, supportive environment with a strong Polish core team and international exposure.
  • Flexible work arrangements and a culture that values continuous learning and improvement.
