Job Description

1. In charge of final assembly process and equipment.
2. Process definition, optimization and implementation such as process flow, parameters, profile, calibration…
3. Equipment evaluation, purchase, incoming, setup, TPM and troubleshooting.
4. Tooling design, incoming, setup and management.
5. UT monitor and improvement for equipment and production lines.
6. Quailty monitor and improvement by SPC, 5W, PSS and 8D.
7. Document reading, create and release such as assembly drawing, WI and TPM.
8. Spare part and related manufacture cost reduction.
9. Establish production concepts and fully support to related team.
10. Coordinate the activities of internal departments to achieve desired outcomes.
11. Timely summary and report to supervisor.

Qualifications

• University, major in mechanical or electrical.
• 机械或电子类大学毕业。
• Not less than 3 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.
• 三年以上电子或机械制造业从业经验。
• Equipment TPM and troubleshooting for electric and mechanical；optical inspection programing
• 电气机械设备维护维修，光学检验调试
