Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is focused on designing, delivering, and optimizing end-to-end IT solutions that combine products and services to address real-world business needs. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer experience and accelerating value delivery through strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solution Management, Product Management, Project Management or IT Consulting.
Proven experience delivering complex IT solutions in large enterprise environments.
Strong background in steering web-based solutions and automation projects, especially in manufacturing plant settings.
Experience working with Mexico plant-based customers or multicultural teams across North America.
Familiarity with SAP, specifically in Supply Chain and Logistics modules, is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Management & Delivery

  • Lead the full lifecycle of IT solutions—from ideation to retirement.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric, value-driven solutions.
  • Define and manage solution roadmaps in line with customer strategies and business goals.
  • Ensure continuous improvement across design, build, deploy, run, and scale stages.

2. Consulting & Optimization

  • Consult with internal stakeholders and operating units to enhance solution performance and value.
  • Promote standardization and reuse of solutions for efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives, particularly within manufacturing environments.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Align with stakeholders across squads, product teams, and external partners.
  • Translate and manage customer requirements collaboratively with Product Owners.

4. Lifecycle & Portfolio Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of products and services within the solution portfolio.
  • Apply portfolio and demand management best practices to support innovation and operational excellence.
