Core Responsibilities:

1. AI Strategy & Vision:
   • Define forward-looking AI strategy, roadmap, and vision for software engineering.
   • Identify breakthrough AI applications in software engineering.
   • Evaluate/select cutting-edge AI technologies addressing engineering pain points.
2. Cross-functional Solution Design:
   • Partner with software engineering leaders to understand goals/challenges.
   • Architect AI solutions (e.g., automated code generation, intelligent testing, cost optimization).
   • Ensure solutions are innovative, scalable, secure, and integrable.
3. Technical Leadership & Execution:
   • Build/lead AI solution architect/engineer teams.
   • Provide technical guidance and oversee critical AI project implementation.
   • Establish AI standards, best practices, and governance.
4. Impact Measurement:
   • Quantify business impact (e.g., cycle time reduction, defect reduction, cost savings).
   • Continuously optimize solutions via data-driven iteration.
5. Technical Evangelism:
   • Promote AI adoption across engineering teams.
   • Cultivate internal AI talent and external technical presence.

职位要求

Qualifications (AI Focus):

1. Education: MS/PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Experience & Skills:
   • 5+ years in AI/ML R&D and practical application.
   • 3+ years leading AI technical teams (algorithm/engineering/applied).
   • Required AI Expertise: Mastery of ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and NLP； Proven success deploying complex AI solutions at scale.
   • Software Engineering Aptitude: Familiarity with SDLC and modern practices (Agile/DevOps/CI-CD)； Ability to rapidly grasp software engineering challenges (Deep SWE experience is a plus, not required).
   • Proficiency in programming languages (Python essential) and cloud platforms.
   • Strong system architecture design skills.
3. Soft Skills: Technical judgment, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, strategic communication, results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Successful AI projects in software engineering (e.g., code/test/DevOps intelligence).
• Experience leading AI implementations at major tech firms.
• Understanding of specific SWE domains (e.g., OS, compilers, databases).
