Job Description

As part of the global operation team, the product engineer in the BST Suzhou team has the ownership for product’s QCD* target, driving the series product’s QCD* target achievement via efficient SE-team work.

*QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery

• Optimize product QCD in mass production with product SE-Team​
• Driving implementation and optimization of production flows and procedures​
• Define product KPIs / planning premises and define measures for achievement ​
• Driving evaluation and reporting of production-related KPI´s​
• Driving decisions with product SE-Team, w.r.t QCD related topics
• Representing operations in mass production to development

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or higher) in Microelectronics or related field
• Self-motivated, good coordination and moderation skills
• Good English in written and verbal
• Good communication skills and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Assertiveness
• Strong leadership skills in project management work
• At least 5 years related work experience
• Production-related data analysis and manufacturing control tools​
• Statistical process control (e.g. SBL, Maverick, cpk, BOPP)​
• Quality methods (e.g. 8D, problem solving, failure analysis)​
• Basic financial/cost understanding (e.g. PPC, EBIT, BC)​
• Familiar with semiconductor technology and process (Fab, Assembly, Test)
• Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor products and production

Preferred:

• Familiar with MEMS technology and products
• Familiar with qualification and validation for MEMS products and production
