Job Title: M365 Migration Specialist

Experience: 6+ years in M365 migrations

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled M365 Migration Specialist to support Gsuite to Microsoft 365 and tenant-to-tenant migrations. The candidate will work with M365 tools like EXO, SPO, OneDrive, and handle SharePoint migrations, runbook execution, and troubleshooting during large-scale transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Gsuite to M365 and tenant-to-tenant migrations.

• Execute migration runbooks confidently and accurately.

• Work with the Microsoft stack: Exchange Online (EXO), SharePoint Online (SPO), OneDrive for Business (ODB).

• Support SharePoint On-Prem to Online migrations using Content Matrix or Quest ODM.

• Troubleshoot migration issues using PowerShell and other tools.

• Collaborate with technical teams and customers to ensure seamless cutovers.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Gsuite to M365 migration projects.

• Proficiency in OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online.

• Experience in Content Matrix and Quest ODM tools.

• Strong runbook execution and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiar with PowerShell scripting.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot and Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse).

• SharePoint Search design and SPFx basics.

• Experience with Azure AD and hybrid environments.

• Technical writing/documentation skills for migration processes.
