Job Description

• Coordination of funding of legal entities in Greater China 协调大中华区各子公司资金需求
• Optimization of financing structures (equity, internal / external debt)优化公司融资结构（资本金，内部/外部债务）
• Support of internal approval processes e.g. for capital increases, credit limits, setup of new entities支持各子公司的集团内部审批流程，例如：增资，融资额度，公司新建
• Support of M&A projects regarding finance matters 从财务资金角度支持集团兼并收购项目
• Support of legal entities in finance planning and forecasting processes 支持各子公司财务预算以及预测流程
• Coordination with headquarters in Germany and the worldwide corporate finance community, support of central projects in the finance area 和德国总部以及集团内各国公司金融部门紧密合作，支持由其发起财资项目
• Regional finance governance and risk management参与大中华区财务治理和风险控制
• Collaboration with regulators (e.g. PBoC, SAFE) and assurance of compliance with finance regulation 紧跟监管机构（例如：中国人民银行，国家外汇管理局）政策变化，确保公司遵守相关监管要求
• Management of the bank relationship and support of banking operations of legal entities 银行关系管理，帮助各子公司协调日常银行业务
• Negotiation of fees and credit facilities with the partner banks 参与银行费用以及银行授信的谈判
• Liquidity management for legal entities in Greater China: forecast methodology, analysis of forecasts, process improvements 大中华区子公司流动性管理， 包括流动性预测方法，预测分析以提高预测准确性
• Investment of excess liquidity in Money Market products 分析资金需求并对闲余资金进行有效投资，如货币市场基金投资
• Monitoring of financial market and evaluation of innovations in the banking business 跟进分析金融市场以及银行业相关创新产品对博世财资业务的影响
• Conduction of training and knowledge transfer, advice on guidelines and regulatory issues 向各子公司和相关部门提供培训， 解答关于财资领域内部集团管理要求和外部监管要求的咨询
• Familiar with SAP modules related to payments and end-to-end payment process 熟悉SAP付款模块，并且了解端对端的收付款流程
• Work with different functions and departments, i.e. BD and GS, to drive projects to streamline treasury processes and implement Treasury @ S/4 和不同职能部门合作，例如：信息技术部门和共享服务中心，推动财资流程的梳理和简化，并且将Treasury @ S/4系统实施落地

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or the like 金融，会计，商业管理，或者类似本科学历
• 5-8 years professional experience in treasury, banking or related areas 具有5-8年相关领域工作经验，资金和银行领域的工作经验更优
• High level of interest and knowledge in the area of corporate finance and treasury, experienced project management 扎实的资金管理和财务相关知识，丰富的项目管理经验
• Working experience with multinational companies’ organizations and their processes 具有跨国公司的工作经历
• Strong communication skills – able to interact smoothly with HQ, Banks and Bosch subsidiaries’ key stakeholders 良好的沟通技巧：有能力和德国总部，银行，以及博世集团子公司主要利益相关人员流畅的沟通
• Experience with China local regulations (SAFE, banking, etc) 对中国资金相关的监管制度有基本的概念和经验 (外管，银行)
• English and mandarin language skills (oral and written); good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate Flow). Basic knowledge and experience of programming for data analysis is a plus 优秀的中英文双语表达能力（口语和书面）; 熟练使用日常办公软件（例如: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate Flow），能用简单编程以批量处理数据更优
