Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and technically competent Project Lead to drive the FR60 Light program — a follow-up platform to CR60 Light that combines WEIFU-developed hardware with Global radar software and is produced at the Bosch Wujin plant.
This role ensures the successful industrialization and SOP of pilot projects, leading cross-functional collaboration between XC Engineering, ME Manufacturing, and WEIFU, and supporting customer and business alignment with Sales, PRM, and customer TPMs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of the FR60 Light radar platform project.
  • Ensure timely achievement of project milestones (QG, SOP) with clear alignment on scope, timing, and deliverables.
  • Manage project quality, cost, and risk, ensuring transparency and effective escalation where needed.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to XC management and relevant steering committees.

Technical Coordination

  • Act as the technical project lead for HW and radar system integration, ensuring proper alignment between WEIFU HW and Global SW platforms.
  • Oversee design reviews, verification activities, and product validation to meet Bosch quality and performance standards.

Cross-functional & Partner Cooperation

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across XC, ME (Wujin), and WEIFU, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Steer RASIC alignment between Bosch and partner teams to guarantee efficient decision flow.
  • Facilitate technical and operational exchanges among global SW, local HW, and manufacturing teams.

Customer & Business Interface

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, PRM, and Customer TPMs to ensure customer milestones, feature readiness, and delivery timing.
  • Support commercial and technical alignment activities for pilot and follow-up projects.

Represent the project in internal and external discussions as the key contact point for technical coordination.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

Technical Expertise

In-depth understanding of radar sensors, RF chain, and electronic design; extensive experience in radar product development, system integration, and validation.

Project Management

Proven experience leading complex, multi-partner engineering projects; strong control of timing, deliverables, and risk management processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Demonstrated ability to align and coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and external partner teams in a matrix organization.

Customer Orientation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience interfacing with customers and commercial teams.

Problem Solving

Structured, proactive, and hands-on approach in identifying root causes and driving resolution under pressure.

Leadership Style

Motivates teams through transparency, trust, and clear direction; capable of bridging cultural and organizational differences.

Language & Communication

Fluent in English and Chinese; able to lead discussions with both local and global stakeholders effectively.
