Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ‌AUTOSAR Software Project Manager‌ to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge automotive software solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee ‌human resource allocation, project cost control, and quality assurance‌ for AUTOSAR-based projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE) and client requirements.

‌Key Responsibilities‌

1. ‌Human Resource Management‌
   • Coordinate & consolidate project planning.
   • Lead cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects) to execute AUTOSAR software projects.
   • Optimize resource allocation, track team performance, and address skill gaps through training.
   • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
2. ‌Project Cost Management‌
   • Develop and monitor budgets, identifying cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
   • Analyze project risks (e.g., scope changes, technical delays) and mitigate impacts.
   • Prepare project reports for senior management and clients.
3. ‌Project Quality Management‌
   • Ensure on-time delivery and facilitate planning & retrospective events.
   • Ensure quality of work products and facilitate change & defect management.
   • Maintain configuration management systems.
   • Oversee quality audits, defect tracking, and compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety.
   • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., CI/CD pipelines for AUTOSAR tools).

Qualifications

‌Qualifications‌

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in AUTOSAR software development or project management (preference for automotive sector).
• Proficiency in ‌DaVinci Configurator, RTA-CAR, Vector testing tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools, e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (certified PMP/PRINCE2 or AUTOSAR Professional Certification is a plus.)
• Be good at cross-functional communication and coordination.
• Be good at risk identification and control.
