Job Description

1.领导和管理软件验证团队，确保在计划资源内高质量项目的及时交付
• Lead and manage a team of software validation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects within planned resource
2.与本地及全球利益相关者合作，明确项目需求和目标
• Collaborate with stakeholders local and global to define project requirements and objectives
3.规划并优先安排项目任务，分配职责并跟踪进展
• Plan and prioritize project tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress
4.进行测试流程评审、抽查、参与现场活动（Gamba）、项目测试日常评审
• Conduct Test process review, spot-check, go to gamba activity, project test daily review
5.识别风险并解决技术挑战
• Identify risks and resolve technical challenges
6.遵循验证与确认（V&V）目标，跟踪负责客户项目中自动化KPI的实现情况
• Follow V&V true north target, tracking the automation KPI realization in resp. customer projects
7.识别流程改进机会并实施效率最佳实践
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficiency best practices
8.指导团队成员，提供技术指导并支持其职业成长
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support their professional growth
9.培育积极协作的团队文化，鼓励创造力和卓越表现
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence

Qualifications

1.硕士学历，汽车、电子、计算机科学、工程或相关领域
• Master's degree in Automative, electronic, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2.五年以上软件验证经验，其中三年以上在汽车行业相关产品担任领导职务
• Proven experience (>5 years) in software validation and with(>3 years) in a leadership role of automotive industry relevant products
3.深入理解软件验证与确认（V&V）方法、工具及流程
• Deep understanding of software V&V methodologies, tools, and processes
4.熟悉DevOps实践、持续集成/持续测试（CI/CT）流水线
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous Testing (CI/CT) pipelines
5.优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能有效领导并激励团队
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
6.具备敏捷开发实践及项目管理工具使用经验
• Experience with Agile development practices and project management tools
7.能制定战略决策、优先处理任务并有效管理资源
• Ability to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively
