- According to product development target to define the test items, test method and boundary, pass criteria.

- Function/performance (NVH, efficiency...) test of Gearbox and E-motor and eAxle system.

- eAxle system reliability test;

- Investigation of the validated components

- Make the failure analysis with 8D method

Qualifications

• Science or Engineering Master Degree
• Good at research and has strong practical ability
• Familiar with problem solving method, e.g. 8D
