Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in hydraulic engineering or mechanical engineering.
机械专业（或液压方向）本科以上学历
Fluent English. German can be a plus.
英语可作为工作语言，（德语更佳）
精通轴向柱塞泵/马达原理、失效分析与性能优化方法，掌握CAD/仿真/数据分析工具，熟悉行业应用及前沿技术。
Mastery of axial piston pump/motor principles, failure analysis, and performance optimization methods; proficient in CAD/simulation/data analysis tools; familiar with industry applications and cutting-edge technologies.
具备供应商管理、零部件国产化验证及降本项目经验，熟悉IPD/APQP流程与跨部门协作，能独立处理客户问题并推动工程变更。
Experience in supplier management, component localization validation, and cost reduction projects; familiar with IPD/APQP processes and cross-functional collaboration; able to independently handle customer issues and drive engineering changes.
优秀的客户沟通与跨部门协调能力，具备项目管理基础和技术培训能力，善于知识管理与持续改进。
Excellent customer communication and cross-functional coordination skills; basic project management competency and technical training ability; adept at knowledge management and continuous improvement.
