Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Senior IT Product & Service Consultant.

You contribution to something big:

• Lead OT Security Program: Coordinate and shape the establishment of One Industrial IT Security, develop OT Security Strategy and implement actions aligned with Corporate Directives across various domains i.e. manufacturing, logistics, laboratory etc.
• Provide Training and Expert Consultation: Raise awareness, create enabling materials and offer IT guidance, network and secure connectivity support towards integrating security into operational processes.
• Bridge Technical & Operational Teams: Act as a key interface between international/regional stakeholders, and local operational teams, foster collaboration and communication.
• Develop & Implement Security Solutions: Leverage domain expertise to create and maintain comprehensive network segmentation and OT security concepts, methods, processes.
• Drive Network Security & Lifecycle Management: Lead the implementation of network security policies (segmentation, firewalls) and manage local network service/device lifecycles.
• Support Audits, Risk Assessments, and Documentation: Facilitate audit activities, conduct risk assessments, and maintain architecture diagram documentation for OT systems.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technologies or a related engineering field, with solid understanding of IT systems/infrastructure/network, operational technologies and industrial cybersecurity.
• Min 5 years experience in IT/OT environment including network segmentation, Firewall, architecture documentation, industrial networks, audit management, and coordination/project management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/2, IEC 62443, IT Service Management principles (ITIL), CCNA and their practical application are strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills with strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management with both technical/non-technical audience
• Excellent planning and organization skills and ability to work under challenging deadlines
• Strong influencing ability with confident and determined appearance
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to travel domestic/international when required.
