Job Description

We are seeking the AI expert to drive the transformation of our manufacturing systems through cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires not only deep technical expertise but also strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills to translate AI innovations into measurable business value.

As a core member of our digital transformation initiative,(working closely with product managers, solution architects, full-stack developers, and data engineers), you will innovate , design and deliver AI solutions for our 4 plants in China and enable AI development .

Leverage large-scale data generated from the production processes and apply state-of-the-art AI technologies to improve equipment and process stability, enhance product quality, and optimize production efficiency and cost.

Deploy machine learning / deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, transformers, anomaly detection, segmentation models) and classical vision algorithms, balancing accuracy, robustness and real-time performance.

You will also be responsible for designing and developing modular and scalable AI architectures, formulating enterprise-level AI roadmaps, and ensuring successful deployment across global production environments.

Qualifications

Skills

• Well mastered and good understanding of symbolic AI, knowledge representation, inference engines, and hybrid AI approaches (symbolic + data-driven), Strong cability in AI innovation to industrialization collaborating with business doman experts and Product managers.High learning capability of market latest AI technologies.

• Solid foundation in statistics, linear algebra and optimization and common numerical optimization methods (e.g., linear / nonlinear programming, gradient-based methods, Bayesian optimization), familiar with computer vision technologies.

• Solid AI modeling competence dealing with structured-, and semi-structured unstructured data processing, including text documents, reports, logs, and operational records

• Familiarity with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with the ability to evaluate model suitability for different problem domains, Solid understanding of Expert Systems, including rule-based systems, knowledge bases, and inference mechanisms

• Knowledge of data modeling, feature engineering concepts, and basic data pipelines, familiarity with basic data analysis and feature extraction methods

• Excellent communication skills(incl.English presentations),be capable of AI enabling & penetration for non-technical stakeholders & organization.

• Proficient programming skills and good engineering practices; fluent in at least one mainstream language such as Python (preferred), C++ or Java; familiarity with common vision/AI libraries (OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, etc.).

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AI research, applied AI, or advanced analytics, preferably with exposure to industrial or manufacturing-related scenarios

• Experience participating in AI solution design or feasibility studies, from problem definition to conceptual solution architecture

• Hands-on experience developing proof-of-concept (PoC) or prototype AI models rather than full production systems

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, IT, data teams) to translate business problems into AI-driven approaches

• Background involving academic research, corporate research labs, or innovation centers is a plus

Education

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or a related field or related fields, strong ability to read and analyze technical and research literature.

• Formal training or coursework related to knowledge-based systems, decision systems, or industrial informatics is a plus
