Job Description

1. Responsible for new product implement and process validation.

负责新产品线的导入以及工艺验证。

1. Reponsible for process or equipment problem trouble shooting in mass production.

负责生产过程中出现的工艺问题和设备问题的解决。

1. Responsible for continuous improvement for products sacrp rate reduction.

负责生产线产品报废率以及停机问题的持续性改善。

1. Willing to learn new process and equipment knowledge.

愿意学习新的工艺和设备知识。

1. Professional problem-solving methodology (PSS, 8D) for equipment/process problem.

专业的问题解决解决方法论，针对设备以及工艺问题。

1. Organize engineers carry out prodctivity and quality continuous improvement.

负责组织工程师制定改善方案，优化生产效率，提升产能以及品质改善。

1. Organize engineers overcome difficult problem and emergent equipment and quality problems quick fix.

负责组织工程师进行困难问题的攻克，以及突发设备或者质量的快速解决。

1. Responsible usage stock controlling of spare parts and consumables parts.

负责备件以及耗材使用量和库存的管控。

1. Familiar with PFMEA/CP/Error-proofing/WI/TPM.

熟悉PFMEA/CP/防错/WI/TPM.

1. Faimilar with I4.0 and big data knoeledge is better.

熟悉I4.0和大数据更佳。

1. Other tasks from manager and management.

来自经理和管理层分配的其它任务。

Qualifications

University, major in mechanical or electrical

机械或电子类大学毕业。

Not less than 5 years experience in electronic&mechanism industries.

5年以上汽车&电子制造业从业经验。

Not less than 2 years experience in team management.

两年以上团队管理经验。

PPT writing and presentation skill.

PPT书写和汇报能力。

Oral and written English skill.

英语听说读写能力。
