Job Description

Maintenance of assembly lines, machines, and equipment.
Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance of assembly automated and manual lines.
TPM Implementation
Experience in control system engineering.
Preferable expertise in Allen bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rexroth PLCs
Expertise in Air leakage test, Vacuum tests, Laser marking process, Vision system
Expertise in I4.0 solutions, machine connectivity, IOT devices etc.
Troubleshooting of technical losses using electrical circuit, PLC & other analytical tools..ect to find out cause
Breakdown analysis, problem solving technique knowledge.
Ensure maintenance KPI’s for below target.
Effectiveness monitoring of all the corrective & preventive actions.
Ensure adherence to defined maintenance processes.
Ensure safety and 5S in maintenance area and shopfloor.
Maintenance documentation and preparation for audits.
Maintain all activity related records in SAP.
Implementation of improvement projects.
Inhouse refurbishment of machine spares
Localization of costly imported spares
Spare part management for Assembly Lines
Analysis to plan & implement corrective and preventive measures for major breakdowns.
