Functional responsible: 物流职能部门负责人
1) Supply Chain Management 供应链管理
- Customer demand planning and order fulfillment 客户需求计划和订单管理
- Production planning and control 生产排产计划和控制
- Procurement planning 采购执行计划
2) Logistics Operation 物流运作
- Warehouse Managment 仓库管理
- Packaging design and packing material mangment 包装设计和包装材料管理
- Internal milkrun 内部物流
3) Controlling 物流控制
- KPI controlling (Inventory, cost, delivery performance, log. quality, productivity, BPS maturity, safety, 5S...) 关键指标控制（库存、成本、交付、质量、效率、精益成熟度、安全、5S等）
- LEAN 区域精益转型
- Digital Transformation 数字化转型
4) Customs Operation 关务
- Import & Export operation 进出口运作
- Transport Managment 运输管理
- AEO certification and self-auditing 海关AEO认证和自审
- Export control 出口控制

Qualifications

- Rich experience in supply chain and logistics area (industrial & manufacturing plant experience is mandatory) 丰富的供应链管理和物流运作管理经验（必须具有工业领域和制造业的相关经验）
- Strong sense of responsibility and leadership ability 具备高度的责任感和领导力
