Job Description

• Overall supplier quality management and product group quality management for responsible product range
• Implement advanced quality management methodologies and tools, Product and Process release to assure the TTM product quality
• Supplier audit (VDA 6.3, lean plant assessment, CSR audit, supplier process release…)
• Responsible for OEM project’s quality release and product manufacturing process release, as well as the QZ Test.
• Stand for purchasing quality in sourcing decision board and in project review board
• Supplier quality target setting, reporting and continuous improvement
• Supplier quality problem solving
• Supplier risk management together with supporting from commercial buyers
• Conduct supplier enabling (SE), supplier quality improvement (SQIP) and supplier development (SD) for continuous supplier quality improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, major in engineering.
• Minimum 5-year working experience in supplier quality area.
• Solid knowledge of supplier quality management.
• Resilient, proactive and good at quality methodology, such as 8D, APQP, PPAP etc.
• With VDA6.3 process auditor certificate (2nd party or 3rd party)
• Language: native in Chinese and fluent in English
• Able to travel upon request (up to 40% of total working time)
• Strong attention to detail.
