Job Description

We are currently looking for a Technical Services Working Student to work within our Facility and Construction Management team.

In your role you will:

• Support for Purchase Order request documentation – Tender List, Offers, Good Receipt – with archives the documents.
• Support in updating the working instructions for the FCM Technical team (working instructions, checklist, procedure, Quality Baseline, KPI).
• Support in organizing the documents regarding buildings (checking the construction book, completing the construction book with the new works that are being executed in time, organizing the documents of the construction book).
• Support in updating the electronic archive, according to the internal procedure, by streamlining file searches and keeping them up to date.
• Support the technical team for the new works that are done internally (spare parts orders, participation together with the Team Leader at internal meetings, help the technicians with the preventive maintenance works)
• Update the CAD layouts and design, according to the new updates in site – technical installations.
• Support the FCM Technical in update the technical as-builds (electrical, mechanical, architecture) and support in the asset management standardize.
• Maintain all the legal documentations up to date and archive Construction book / technical data sheet electronical.
• Support in making documents for work / services receptions, making official draft addresses, sending utility invoices to Finance, tracking the flow of approvals for placed orders.
• Support the team with various projects.

Technology Stack:

• Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Power BI) – medium level
• Autodesk AutoCAD Software – medium level
• Computer Aid Facility Management (CAFM) – low level
• Other software development in product development represents an advantage – web-browser-based platform/language

Qualifications

• University studies in progress (Technical University) – mandatory in year 2 or 3
• Work experience within multicultural and multinational environment
• Customer orientation and strong time management skills.
• Very well organized and structured.
• Flexible, dynamic and detail-oriented person.
• Always ready to offer onsite support (management, internal departments, employees, clients/visitors, cleaning staff, suppliers).
• Problem solving and self-motivated attitude, ability to cooperate within a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.

• Data Analysis knowledge.
• Demonstrates very strong analytical thinking, quickly understanding complex processes and providing efficient, well‑structured, and results‑oriented solutions
