Job Description
As PEM Electrolyzer Sales / Acquisition Manager, you will be part of an international team that is leveraging Bosch’s PEM technology leadership and manufacturing scale to accelerate the clean energy transformation globally. You will be one of the primary interfaces to Chinese customers and partners and will hence play a key role in accelerating Bosch’s Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolysis business development in China market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and explore potential Chinese customers to ensure Bosch as top PEM stack supplier in China market.
- Support and push sales target, get signature for contracts and partnership building.
- Communication and work closely with key customers/partners to establish long period of partnership and collect requirements for product/regulation/system integration.
- Support for reliable and updated local market outlooks, market studies, product positioning and assessment of the Chinese business potentials in GH2
- Support the BUD teams in CN & DE to develop regional strategy.
- Act as key account manager for assigned customer/partner to regular update potential opportunities.
- Perform any other duties which the organization may require to be carried out
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above and with 3- 5 years’ experience in dedicated business development/engineering roles of renewables
- Strong specialization in equipment industry linking to H2 production processes in the renewable power generation / chemicals industry will be highly preferred.
- Passionate about sustainability, renewables and making a difference through technology.
- Ability to fascinate customers and spirit to win contracts and projects
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Able to work in an international company environment
- Willing for short time domestic and international travel
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
