We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager / HRBP to lead our human resources function in Krakovets, Ukraine. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted business partner, driving organizational excellence through innovative HR strategies, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. You will report directly to senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting business growth.
Job Description
- Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing/production company.
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and military record management requirements.
- Hands-on experience managing the full HR cycle, including: Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Change Management.
- Experience in facilitation and moderation of meetings, workshops, and internal discussions.
- English level — Intermediate or higher.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to partner effectively with managers and leadership teams.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Experience supporting organizational development and change initiatives.
- Understanding of payroll processes and experience with BAS HRM will be considered an advantage.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective implementation and management of HR processes aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and performance.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, supporting them in people management, team development, and organizational challenges.
HR Process Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement Talent Management, Performance Management, and succession planning processes.
- Design and support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and strengthening corporate culture.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs and employee motivation systems.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor legislation and internal company policies.
- Oversee and ensure proper military record management of employees in accordance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate HR administration and payroll-related processes in cooperation with relevant departments.
Business Support & Internal Communication
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
- Facilitate and moderate meetings, workshops, and internal HR initiatives.
- Support and drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
HR Analytics & Systems
- Monitor and analyze HR KPI &OKR
- Work with HR information systems, including BAS HRM and other internal tools.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership decision-making.
