Job Description

This position will be contracted through Bosch’s external vendor under a one-year agreement.

Our Vision

We’re transforming how enterprises build and run workflows with a Next Gen platform powered by Low‑Code/No‑Code, Citizen Development, and GenAI. We enable business creators not just developers to design, publish, and scale workflow applications safely, quickly, and globally.

Your Mission

Be the technical backbone for our global citizen developer community. You’ll:

  • Unblock non-technical builders with clear guidance, patient coaching, and confident troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex workflow issues (L2/L3) so customer apps run smoothly and reliably.
  • Translate technical depth into practical steps explaining APIs, validations, data design, and integration patterns in plain English.
  • Accelerate migration from legacy platforms to our Next Gen stack improving workflows rather than just “lifting and shifting.”

If you love problem-solving, customer advocacy, and making complex systems feel simple, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities:

Citizen Developer Enablement (L2)

  • Guide customers step-by-step to design, configure, and publish workflow applications (forms, rules, approvals, validations).
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical builders: BPMN thinking, events, data modelling, API calls, error handling.
  • Create how‑to guides, runbooks, pattern templates, and short video snippets that help users self-serve.

Advanced Technical Support (L3)

  • Deep-dive diagnosis across the stack: workflow logic, custom JS actions, REST integrations, data model/SQL, security/permissions.
  • Reproduce issues, isolate root causes, and provide workarounds or fixes; collaborate with Product/Engineering on platform defects.
  • Review telemetry/logs to uncover systemic patterns, propose platform improvements, and prevent repeats.

Migration & Continuous Improvement

  • Assess current workflows (pros/cons), enhance designs using new platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Implement custom logic in JavaScript (ES6+) for advanced rules, validations, and UX flows.
  • Document migration steps, configurations, and customizations for scalability and reusability.

Global Customer Communications

  • Serve internal global customers with professionalism, patience, and clarity—in excellent English.
  • Run technical clinics, office hours, and workshops; partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to align to outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to security, architecture, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications (Mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years hands-on JavaScript (ES6+) for custom logic implementation.
  • Experience in business workflow development (e.g., BPMN, workflow automation).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Design thinking mindset—improve logic and flows for better UX, not just mirror requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English (spoken & written) with a talent for simplifying technical terms for non-technical users.
  • Professional, patient, and service-minded approach to global internal customers.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Power Apps, etc.).
  • Prior OutSystems experience (strong advantage).
  • Experience with legacy system migrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Comfort with observability tools, log analysis, and platform telemetry.
