Job Description

Product Engineering
Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Management
Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments
Quality And Risk Management
Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement
Knowledge Management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering
Innovation Management
Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports
Experience
2-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation
Exposure to Project management work packages

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical related field)

Basic Knowledge in Product development process, Engineering Drawings, Design Standards and BES process Basic knowledge on standards/norms, Geometrical Dimension & Tolerating, Design, material, reliability
Basic knowledge of IC engines and connected systems, Manufacturing, quality and procurement process of auto components
Basic knowledge of measurement systems, testing and calibration equipment, and measurement procedure
Functional skills
Competent in BES methodology and tools ViZ. FMEA, DRBFM, Focus analysis and 8D, Advanced skills with 3D CAD software, Application skills of mechanical engineering principles and Materials science
Basic skills in Measurement & Testing, Data analytics and technical reporting
Basic problem solving skills and ability to drive innovations to meet customer requirements
