Job Description

Collections Intern position is a great fit if you would like to use your communication skills and gain experience in finance. This role is part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for collecting past-due amounts from our customers and serve as the first point of contact for all accounts receivable–related matters.

What you will do:

✅ support collectors in managing customer portfolios
✅ provide early-stage customer service
✅ assist other finance operations by providing and obtaining information from customers related to billing, collections, and cash application
✅ maintain regular interactions with customers and proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders

University student

✅ Fluency in English and French / Italian / Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
