Job Description

  1. Assist the project sales team with documentation and data entry.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure timely execution of project documents.
  3. Handle administrative tasks such as compile product specification and organizing files.
  4. Support in maintaining and updating of project documents timelines and deliverables.
  5. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales administration function.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced corporate setting.
