Job Description
Job Summary:
1. Customer order management and strenghten partnership with customers.
2. Leading production planning and do effective communicate with related department
3. Delivery logistics Co-ordination to ensure 100% OTD performance and keep high Customer satisfaction.
4. Outbound premium freight monitor and control
5. Inventory control for FG & WIP.
6. BPS projects and CIP.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer forecase receiving and demand fluctuation analysis.
2. Load customer demand into SAP system timely and make the SAP data accuracy.
3. Negotiate with customers to ensure the reliability and rationality of the data.
4. Get the overview of production capacity vs. customer forecast with MOE department.
5. Customer order confirmation based on the production and raw material situation.
6. Support new project to ensure its launch is on scheduled.
7. Special transportation cost monitor and control to meet logistics cost control target
8. Inventory management to meet the target.
9. SOP and EOP (end of production) planning management to minimize the scrap costs
10. ECR coordination
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree (logistics / planning background preferred),3 years experience in planning area
2. Smart and good logic
3. Good at communication skill and afford the pressure
4. ERP system knowhow
5. Fluent excel skills
6. Good oral and writing English
7. Good team spirit
