Job Description

• Develops and compares solution concepts, defines evaluation criteria, and drives design iterations based on test results.
• Plans and executes tests in line with internal standards; ensures completeness via risk assessment and supplementary tests.
• Acts as test champion, standardizing test practices, templates, and infrastructure improvements.
• Identifies risks and issues early, contributes to RCA and technical risk management processes.
• Applies and promotes design guidelines, norms, and calculation tools within the team.
• Actively collaborates and contributes to technical discussions with a preventive mindset.
• Ensures alignment with engineering change management processes.

Qualifications

• B.Sc., M.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or one of development engineering related disciplines
• Strong technical knowledge in Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, HVAC
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in agile working environment (sprints, PI planning, ...) and tools (JIRA)
• Good command on English both written and spoken
• Familiarity & experience with FMEA, FAM, 8D etc.
• Familiarity & experience with SAP, MS Office
• Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills
