Within our organization we develop power electronics for the e-mobility solutions of Bosch. With the help of Si, SiC, GaN semiconductor technologies our power modules enable the Bosch inverters/converters to be efficient and reliable. In our team you can directly contribute to a greener future with the increased power and fun of e-mobility.

Your tasks:

► As designer, create innovative design solutions for power semiconductors modules, inverters and converters based on MOSFET, IGBT or SiC Technology

► Solve complex technical challenges, organize the work of the design team as lead engineer.

► Responsibility to find the product optimum in complex R&D projects, in international teams

► Creating 3D CAD models and 2D drawings and BOMs

► Responsible for part tolerancing (based on tolerance calculation and manufacturability)

► Technical collaboration with project members, customers and suppliers

► Creating project documentation such as reports, presentations

► Support activities of design and process FMEAs, DRBFM, 8D etc.

Qualifications

► University degree (BsC, MsC) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar

► Proven background and knowledge within the field of CAD design, Creo is must have

► 5 years design experience

► Stamped and deep-drawn part (design) experience is beneficial

► Automotive Experience is beneficial

► SAP Experience is beneficial
