About JMP - Fast track leadership program

The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. Competencies Requirements

Strong understanding of the following domains (preferred):
1. Operations Management
2. Quality Management, including problem-solving methodologies and QC tools
3. Lean Management and Project Management
4. Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies, AI, IoT, and Data Analytics

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the automotive domain.
