About JMP - Fast track leadership program

The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional, cross business divisions and international exposure, gain real business insights, and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career. Competencies Requirements

Strong understanding of the following domains (preferred):
1. Operations Management
2. Quality Management, including problem-solving methodologies and QC tools
3. Lean Management and Project Management
4. Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies, AI, IoT, and Data Analytics

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the automotive domain.

Qualifications

BE/B. Tech in (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) and MBA (Operations or manufacturing or related discipline)

Experience in Manufacturing will be given preference
Min 2 years experience post MBA
