Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for the integral planning and optimization of our supply and demand chain. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Drive, design, and implement improvements across the end-to-end supply and demand chain.
  • Manage the logistics of the Product Life Cycle, including the phase-in and phase-out of products.
  • Coordinate and perform forecasting, also in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Handle order management for both sales (exception handling, prioritization) and purchasing (for trade goods).
  • Oversee inventory management, including setting logistics parameters and optimizing delivery performance to meet customer targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as Delivery Performance, Inventories, and Logistics Costs.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related fields.
  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Demand Chain role, with proven experience leading task teams or projects.
  • Know-how: You have essential knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferred) and possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working Style and Methods: You are a customer-focused and results-oriented professional with excellent organizational and time management skills. You are adept at building strong professional relationships.
  • Personality: You are a flexible and resourceful individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of adapting to changing priorities and new challenges.
