Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for the integral planning and optimization of our supply and demand chain. Your main responsibilities will be:

Drive, design, and implement improvements across the end-to-end supply and demand chain.
Manage the logistics of the Product Life Cycle, including the phase-in and phase-out of products.
Coordinate and perform forecasting, also in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
Handle order management for both sales (exception handling, prioritization) and purchasing (for trade goods).
Oversee inventory management, including setting logistics parameters and optimizing delivery performance to meet customer targets.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as Delivery Performance, Inventories, and Logistics Costs.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related fields.
Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Demand Chain role, with proven experience leading task teams or projects.
Know-how: You have essential knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferred) and possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Languages: You are fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working Style and Methods: You are a customer-focused and results-oriented professional with excellent organizational and time management skills. You are adept at building strong professional relationships.
Personality: You are a flexible and resourceful individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of adapting to changing priorities and new challenges.
