Job Description

Developing templates for Internal Communication
Liaising and Follow-up with vendors
To create Bill of Quantity based on request.
Simple write-ups for notice or announcement
Perform daily data entry duties and depot operations activities.
Ensure smooth running of operations by maintaining office matters such as filing, records, and organizing outstanding documents
Assist in updating budget list
Write Meeting Minutes
PR / PO & Budget updates
Make copies, Print and Organize Important Documents/Form
Prepare weekly meal planner
Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor
