Seeking a Senior Management Consultant (Sr. Manager) responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the A&D industry segments within Capgemini Invent Intelligent Industry. This role is critical in driving growth, profitability, and innovation within this segment.

Digital Continuity Team

Capgemini’s Digital Continuity team helps clients transform its Engineering & R&D capabilities. We help to connect dots across the broader organization value chain including sale/marketing, R&D, Engineering, manufacturing, operations and aftersales to drive efficiency, improve flexibility, and increase responsiveness through proactive insights and decision-making. A valued driven approach, we advise and manage transformational solutions for our clients. We provide the consulting to strategize, plan and execute on digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific solutions. Our key offerings include S/W driven transformation, Digital Continuity across the organization and R&D transformation.

Role Expectations:

· 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience

· Experience in setting up large transformation programs within Engineering & Manufacturing

· Experience in leading and delivering large Engineering S/W programs

· Create and industrialize target operating model and execution model

· Experience in setting up VRO, PMO and driving governance

· Develop and drive the Engineering transformation roadmap with the client

· Strong understanding of the value driven by PLM, MES, MBSE solutions

· Delivery experience around model-based systems engineering, model-based enterprise, model-based engineering, digital twins, digital thread

· Strong A&D industry background

Typical responsibilities within each of the below competency models shall include but not limited to the following:

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the strategic plan in alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.

· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities including preparing proposals, presentations, and pursuing contracts.

· Program Management: Manage the execution of programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and meeting customer requirements.

· Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with projects and operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies ensuring compliance

· Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Sales Support: Understand the sales process and associated events and levers within Capgemini Invent.

· Social Media Presence: Where you engage in professional social media postings (such as LinkedIn) and adhere to the standards as set by the Group.

· Professional Blogs: You contribute to blog posts in your domain / area of expertise and proactively extend your business network.

· Innovation: Drive innovation in products and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

Steering the Ship

· Strategic Vision: Contribute to Capgemini Invent’s business planning and strategy execution that align with the company’s long-term vision.

· Leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership and awareness of group strategic business needs and objectives.

· Talent and Development: Build and lead high-performing teams providing mentorship and development opportunities for team members and support team management of a number of roles across the business.
