An overview of the role

As a Customer and Digital Analytics & AI Managing Consultant/Senior Manager, you will become a key Member of our Digital & Customer Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to work across sectors and industries, but your specific capability expertise will be in Customer and Digital Analytics. You will work with market-leading clients, applying cutting-edge technologies to solve impactful commercial growth problems.

You will lead and manage complex analytics projects, provide strategic insights to clients, and drive the growth of our Analytics and AI consulting practice. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experience, optimise marketing efforts, and drive business growth. Your adeptness at building connections drives sales opportunities, aligning with the overarching goal of contributing to company success. Leading teams and embracing Agile project management, you bring dynamic leadership, navigating complex business landscapes through business analysis, process modelling, requirements analysis, and use case modelling.

As a Managing Consultant in the business you’ll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.

Embark on your day by collaborating with clients, leveraging data for transformative insights in customer, digital and marketing strategies. As a Customer and Digital Analytics & AI Managing Consultant/Senior Manager, you lead teams using advanced analytics and cutting-edge technology, tackling challenges with historical data and competitive insights. Beyond analytics, your role involves overseeing projects, delivering impactful presentations, and building robust relationships with stakeholders to address client needs successfully.

Your commitment to continuous learning keeps you at the forefront of industry trends in Customer and Digital analytics. As a Managing Consultant/Senior Manager, you contribute not only to data-driven initiatives but also shape leadership initiatives, innovate analytics and ML products and services. Managing relationships with senior stakeholders, developing sales opportunities, and practicing Agile project management enhance your strategic impact.

Your proficiency extends to developing new capabilities and propositions, along with storyboarding and communicating complex insights effectively. In this multifaceted role, you bring not just analytical prowess but also strategic leadership, ensuring successful outcomes and contributing to the creation of innovative solutions.

We’d love to meet someone with

  • Lead and manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored analytics solutions. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Utilise advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights that drive customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and business growth. Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide technical and analytical support to the team.
  • Drive the growth of our Analytics and AI Consulting practice by identifying opportunities, developing AI strategies, and implementing AI-driven solutions, including generative AI. Stay abreast of AI trends and advancements.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches. Contribute to thought leadership and industry publications.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical outputs. Implement best practices for data analysis, visualisation, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on customer, digital, marketing, and growth analytics. Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.


It is desired that you have demonstratable experience in the following areas:

  • Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques, including generative AI, is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex data sets. Experience with statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and data mining.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align analytics with business objectives. Experience in developing and executing business strategies.
