RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL and PySpark/Databricks.
• Perform thorough data cleaning and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
• Implement best practices for data management and contribute to the development of data engineering strategies.
• Document processes, maintain metadata, and provide support for data related queries and issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven experience with SQL and PySpark/Databricks in a professional setting.
• Strong expertise in data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus.
