YOUR ROLE

Typical objectives for this role may include:

  • Being an advocate for the use of AI, staying on top of the latest trends to inspire clients to invest in transforming the way they work and operate.
  • Helping your client identify, assess, and deploy AI-based solutions to fulfil business requirements at enterprise-level.
  • Defining solution requirements and helping to bring consensus across business and technical stakeholders to proceed with executable designs.
  • Working closely with the technical team to develop tailored AI-based solutions, aligning product to user needs and business objectives.
  • Getting buy-in and aligning senior business and technical leaders on the AI technology benefits, using strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Facilitating the adoption of AI, through driving the development and execution of user-centric change campaigns that will need to tackle AI scepticism and respond to AI concerns.
  • Proactively driving performance, accuracy, and adherence to ethical guidelines for AI-based solutions being implemented across workplaces.
  • Defining governance and standards for scaling AI-led technology across the different legal and compliance boundaries of global organisations
  • Deploying AI solutions, using strong project management skills well-versed in agile principles and practices, and confident in managing timelines, budgets, and resources for sound implementation

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.

  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

We are looking for people with skills and experience in any of the following areas:

  • Professional degree (Masters-level or above)
  • Previous consulting or advisory experience
  • Experience and certification in agile delivery
  • Demonstration of sound functional expertise of AI technology with broad understanding of AI models, learning patterns and applications
  • Understanding of AI solutions, development methodologies, current and emerging AI trends for the workplace
  • Understanding of technology risks and the ability to assess and mitigate them.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, to coach your peers, drive cohesion and contribute to the wellbeing of the people you work with
  • Ability to manage client relationships, effective reporting to secure client satisfaction throughout your project delivery.
  • Proven experience in applying strategy and innovation approaches to solve complex, analytical, and technical problems and ability to take the lead to drive performance and continuous improvements.
  • Confidence in creating high-quality, creative, and compelling presentations to senior business and technology leaders.
  • Passion for continuous learning and a willingness to develop expertise across workplace technologies.
  • Relevant technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft)
  • UK Security clearances

As part of this, you will coach clients through persona-driven piloting, security driven AI model training oversight, user-centric change campaigns at scale and you will help map business value to delivery.
