Metrology orchestrates the behavior of powerful mechatronic modules, so that together they achieve an extraordinary combination of speed and accuracy. It’s basically the brain of ASML lithography systems. To make sure our customer can keep printing smaller and smaller features on chips using our machines, we need people who can help us create next-generation metrology products. Our Metrology Leveling team is a team of 15 engineers that is part of the ASML Leveling ART. This team is an autonomous team with its own PO and SM working on Leveling features for various business lines within ASML. Within the Leveling ART a SAFE way of working is adopted. As a Product Owner you work proactively to achieve the optimal flow of work for our agile team.

• Good understanding of the Product Owner role
• Proven experience as Product Owner in an Agile team, preferably in a Scrum team part of a SAFe train
• Software development experience (preferable in high complexity, high pressure projects)
• General knowledge on the way of working of ASML comprising:
o ASML SW development experience
o Metrology or Leveling domain specific knowledge
• Stakeholders’ management, including but not limited to:
o Program and project management
o Planning, monitoring, prioritizing and reporting.
o Proactive in communicating.
• Strong communication skills
• Customer and program oriented
• Pro-active and solution oriented
• You should be able to set clear boundaries and effectively communicate when requests or changes are coming in, always with the aim of driving the best results for the team and the project.
