Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking our next People Manager for the AI & Data Engineering unit—a role that combines leadership and hands-on work.
As a People Manager, you’ll lead a team of 7-10 consultants while also contributing as a Data Engineer on client projects. Your focus will be on coaching, career development, and creating a positive work environment. We believe in empowering our managers to prioritize people and clients over administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by Example: Be the go-to person for our employees, providing guidance and support.
• Individual Growth: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, helping consultants plan their careers and achieve their goals.
• Balancing Act: While supporting your team, maintain your own client-oriented work. Utilization and business development are key.
• Well-Being Matters: Foster engagement and well-being within your team.
• Make an impact: You’ll be part of the management team within AI & Data Engineering.

YOUR PROFILE

• 7+ years of professional experience working with Data Engineering
• Tech-Savvy: You’ve worked extensively with Microsoft Azure. If you are familiar with Snowflake or Databricks it’s even better, but not a requirement.
• Data Enthusiast: You thrive in Data Lakes or Lakehouse Architecture, with solid Python and SQL skills.
• Modeling Pro: You understand information and dimension modeling.
• DevOps Champion: Git version control and CI/CD methodology are part of your toolkit.
• People Person: Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, and a genuine interest in helping others grow.
