Job Description

Develop a comprehensive AI/ML and Generative AI strategy that integrates with the overall enterprise architecture and business goals.
Design and implement AI/ML models and Generative AI solutions to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and create new product features.
Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, tools, and platforms, ensuring they meet our requirements for scalability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and define requirements for AI-driven projects.
Establish best practices for AI development, including data management, model training, testing, and deployment.
Oversee the ethical considerations of AI implementations, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and ethical guidelines.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML and Generative AI, evaluating emerging technologies for potential application within the organization.
Advocate for a culture of AI literacy across the organization, providing training and resources to empower teams to leverage AI technologies.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of AI projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of designing and deploying successful AI/ML solutions.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Proficiency in programming languages used in AI/ML development (e.g., Python, R).
Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
