YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced QA engineer with a background in implementing Control Tower / KPI Dashboard solutions based on data analytics from various systems including Power BI. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing requirements, and supporting UX/dev team in creating solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, IT, and Operations, to support the organization's digital transformation initiative.

YOUR TASKS

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform thorough manual testing to identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate closely with developers, BA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure accurate testing coverage
• Validate data accuracy and integrity within Power BI reports and dashboards
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely affected by new changes
• Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on data validation and business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools would be a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
