Mission description

  • Continuously monitor and verify the quality of deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to work procedures and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the project team to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough 8D root cause analysis and support failure analysis to effectively resolve quality issues.
  • Efficiently communicate with managers and staff to manage project change requests and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines or quality.
  • Review and ensure compliance with customer quality agreements and requirements.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Analyze customer complaints to drive product and process improvements.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze quality data and support decision-making.
  • Manage changes to processes, materials, and products to ensure quality is maintained.
  • Ensure all project gates are properly closed, following established protocols and documentation requirements.

Required skills

  • Experience in the design, testing, assembly, characterization, and qualification of ASIC products.
  • A degree in Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or relevant internship in preferably quality-related roles.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for ASIC products, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ESCC.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, 8D root cause analysis, and failure analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with managers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong proactive approach to work.
