Primary Skill

  • Strong exposure to payments and cash management technology, including the end-to-end lifecycle across ACH, RTGS, real-time payments, and open banking.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT and ISO 20022 message processing, clearing, and settlement systems (e.g., RTGS, ACH, RTP, Singapore MEPS+/FAST, Hong Kong CHATS/FPS, Malaysia Rentas/HOUSe/Giro payments).
  • Awareness of payments schemes, rulebooks, and requirements.
  • Experience with business internet banking, direct channels (Host2Host document transfers), mobile banking, PSD2, open banking, and payments service providers (PSPs).
  • Proficiency with one or more products such as Finastra-GPP, FIS Clear2Pay-OPF, Dovetail, ACI-MTS, TCS Bancs Payments, or Finacle Payments Solution.
  • Established track record in managing complex projects within the financial services market.
  • Ability to grasp business objectives and translate them into practical solution requirements.
  • High-impact presentation skills to effectively express solutions and services to clients.
  • Highly developed conceptual and logical skills; a creative and innovative team player who can bridge differences and persuade stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-driven with a organized approach to work.
  • Strong awareness of Payments industry global trends regulatory and compliance initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to operate in constantly changing landscape with strict timelines and outcomes
  • Lead engagements independently covering internal aspects as well as client requirements.
  • Strong Exposure to Payments & Cash Management technology and end-to-end lifecycle across ACH RTGS Real Time Payments Open Banking.

Your Role

  • Lead conversations with payments business and operations teams to capture requirements and objectives.
  • Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, providing domain knowledge and analysis in the payments sector.
  • Collaborate with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of client solutions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into formal agreements.
  • Manage a team of business analysts and consultants to ensure successful delivery of projects.
