Your Role

You will be responsible for tasks such as bug reporting, trace analysis, and exploratory testing, in order to identify and document any issues or improvements needed for the software.

Your Profile

• Recent graduated from IT, system information and any related technical fields who are eager to start their professional journey in app testing; Or any prior experience related with technical customer support, product testing or call center technical support;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with smart TVs, Mobile, streaming devices, and other TV-related technology.
• Knowledge of video codecs, streaming protocols, and DRM
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications
• Ability to identify and isolate issues systemically to help with resolving problems quicker.
